Vintage Pillowcase Tote Bag

As promised, here is the tote bag that I made using a vintage pillowcase I found at the thrift shop.

The next one I make will be a little bit larger and the handles will be longer to really allow the user to sling it over her shoulder.  But...all in all, I think it turned out quite nice.  It's on it's way to Etsy.com.

Camera Phones don't take the best pictures.  But...you get the idea.

Another good day at the thrift shop.  I found these tucked away on a rack and felt the need to rescue them.  I see summertime tote bags in their future.  I enjoy taking something old and transforming it into something new. 

Recycle-Reuse-Reduce is my middle name.
